Our Basic Refund Policy

Since every item is made to order just for you, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. We believe in slow, thoughtful creation — not mass production — so we can’t restock or resell returned pieces. But if your item arrives damaged or we made a mistake with your order, we’ll absolutely fix it. Just get in touch within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll take care of it.
