Yes! We ship worldwide. Whether you're in the US, Europe, the Gulf, or anywhere else, your QoolCool goodies can reach you. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Each item is made to order, so we usually need about 3–5 business days to get everything printed, packed, and ready to ship.
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package's journey right to your doorstep.
We start working on your item pretty quickly, so we can’t promise changes or cancellations. But email us at qoolcoolshop@gmail.com right away, and if your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll try our best to help.
Because every item is custom-made just for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrived damaged or there's a mistake, email us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
We try to offer a wide size range for all wearable items. Sizing details can be found on each product page. If you’re unsure, feel free to ask us before ordering.
